Leverage cost-savings to increase value and command premium pricing. Belle looks to develop only high-end, Class A apartments with quality materials that command premium pricing. By tightly managing a project’s cost structure, the Company is able to develop a property with luxury materials and amenities, not typically found in Class A apartments.  Thus, Belle is able to differentiate its apartments among its market competitors, enhance the property’s value and ensure higher future cash flows.
